LAUNCH OF THE NEW EA SERIES
4–20 mA Electronic Differential Pressure Transmitter – Hydraulic Division
We are proud to introduce the new EA Series, a ¼″ electronic differential pressure transmitter designed for advanced hydraulic applications. This device provides a real-time 4–20 mA analog signal directly proportional to the pressure drop across the filter.
Key Features:
- Max operating pressure: up to 420 bar
- Connection: M20 × 1.5 – ideal for hydraulic systems
- Materials: Body: Brass; Cover and connector: PA66 reinforced with glass fiber; Seal: FKM
- Differential pressure range: 0.2 to 8.0 bar – ideal for filter pressure drop monitoring
Electrical Specifications:
- Analog output: 4–20 mA for continuous, real-time ΔP monitoring
- 2 PNP digital outputs (normally open): for alarms or programmable threshold alerts
User Benefits:
- Accurate and continuous monitoring of filter condition
- The 4–20 mA output enables real-time tracking of pressure drop, supporting predictive maintenance.
- Compact and easy to install
- Smart alert management
- Reliable under demanding conditions
Typical Applications:
- Hydraulic systems with integrated filtration
- High-pressure hydraulic circuits
- Mobile and industrial machinery
- Any system where fluid cleanliness is critical
Why Choose the EA Series?
- Real-time monitoring of pressure drop
- Dual signal output: analog for measurement and digital for thresholds
- High compatibility with standard hydraulic systems
- Fast deployment, no special calibration required
